Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards.
• File required documentation.
• Assist in managing project budgets for assigned projects.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and assist in meetings.
• Update project schedules and ensure quality control.
• Support closeout processes and site operations coordination.
