Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience with a commercial general contractor
• Ability to master sector software systems including Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards
• Assist in creating and managing project budgets
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages
• Assist in conducting project meetings and owner reports
• Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders
• Update project schedules and ensure quality control
• Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team
