Job summary

loanDepot is seeking a Title Support professional in Irvine, CA to handle ordering, reviewing, and tracking title-related documents and closings. You will coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and title professionals to ensure accurate disclosures and efficient processing.

The role requires mortgage industry familiarity, Ramquest knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and the position offers on-site work with competitive pay scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage industry.
• Mortgage title experience preferred.
• Ramquest production system knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review order files, identify and request documents needed.
• Track and manage documents including recorded and trailing documents post close.
• Prepare wires, disclosures, and record documents.
• Meet deadlines independently while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Verify liens and update lien releases/taxes as needed.
• Correspond with lenders, borrowers, and others as directed by leaders.
• Review owner/loan policies for accuracy and escrow letter requirements.
• Audit files after closing for return of documents and funds.
• Prepare ALTA Settlement Statements and wire funds.
• Review recording fee calculations and recording documents from clients.
• Assist in resolving issues related to orders, closings, funding and other duties.
