Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4+ years of residential and commercial loan processing, documentation or related experience.
Strong knowledge of lending procedures, documentation and systems.
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review loan documentation for accuracy (names, dates, amounts, terms).
Coordinate with borrowers, attorneys, closing agents and internal teams.
Input deals into Credit Lead and track exceptions before closing.
Assist with post-closing items and file maintenance.
Monitor Reg B compliance and liaise with RMs.
