Insight Global is seeking a client-focused banking professional to serve as a key contact for commercial clients throughout the relationship lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding activities, address service requests, and partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking or related financial services.
• Knowledge of commercial deposit products and cash management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial banking clients and relationship managers.
• Guide clients through account setup, treasury implementation, and ongoing service needs.
• Coordinate with operations, treasury, and product teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Monitor client inquiries and research issues through to completion.
• Build strong internal partnerships to support client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking products and services when appropriate.
• Escalate complex issues and advocate for clients to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.
