Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Client Relationship Officer to provide exceptional service and operational support to associates and clients, managing requests and ensuring accurate documentation.

You will act as liaison among clients, associates and internal partners, supporting growth initiatives with a focus on relationship management and portfolio servicing. Strong communication and banking knowledge are valued; prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Practices the standards of the Bank's Mission, Vision and Pledge.
• Understands the various types of commercial loan products and services offered by the Bank.
• Assists with the preparation of Line of Credit annual renewals.
• Prepares and coordinates annual relationship review.
• Meets clients with Commercial Bankers, as applicable.
• Assists with opening new accounts and ensures complete, accurate documentation is obtained from clients.
• Inputs information into lending system in conjunction with and on behalf of the Commercial Banker; facilitates deal submissions into commercial processing software with checklists to confirm information and due diligence.
