Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Findlay, OH is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to deliver exceptional service and operational support to clients and associates. You will manage client requests, facilitate account operations and ensure complete, accurate documentation and transactions.

You will act as a liaison between clients, associates and internal partners to provide a seamless experience, support growth initiatives, and contribute to relationship management across your portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant banking or client servicing experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents and reports.
• Knowledge of banking products and services and KYC/compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening new accounts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Input information into banking systems and support loan/credit processes as needed.
• Manage client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with Commercial Banking team to support relationship management and portfolio servicing.
• Perform account maintenance and update client records as required.
• Support relationship reviews and annual relationship documentation.
