Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaning Field Coordinator to support cleaning operations across multiple job sites. This role offers growth into leadership and requires hands-on experience with commercial cleaning equipment.

Flexible schedule with opportunities for advancement. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites are required. This is a part-time/full-time position with pay between $16 and $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Hands-on equipment experience required.
• Attention to detail and reliability essential.
• Travel between multiple job sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform site walkthroughs and quality inspections across assigned accounts.
• Step in to support or cover cleaning shifts as needed.
• Assist with training team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply deliveries.
• Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment in the field.
• Support team accountability (uniforms, attendance, performance).
• Respond to client concerns and help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle operational tasks such as laundry and general support duties.
