Qualifications include 3+ years in a management role, leadership ability, and knowledge of cleaning equipment like ProTeam backpacks. Valid driver’s license and OSHA safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or management, preferably in cleaning or facilities.
• Proven leadership, training, and performance coaching.
• Experience with workflow optimization, scheduling, and QC processes.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment (e.g., ProTeam backpacks) and cleaning techniques.
• Proficient with scheduling tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning and specialty service operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and train staff, supervisors, and subcontractors; ensure safety and service quality.
• Conduct site inspections and implement cleaning checklists.
• Serve as main client contact; address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Optimize schedules to maximize efficiency and coverage.
• Manage inventory and equipment readiness; enforce maintenance.
• Apply lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance; report metrics to leadership.
