Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Replenish restroom and common-area supplies.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance concerns, spills, and safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional approach while helping provide a clean and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Commercial Cleaner

Part-Time Opportunities | Two Shifts Available

Job Overview

Clean Team Inc. is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at a commercial facility in Troy, Ohio.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and can consistently meet cleaning standards. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Available Shifts

Choose from one of the following schedules:

• Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts required.

• Overnight Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 AM–5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas throughout the facility.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good time management skills and the ability to complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical safety procedures.

• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds.

• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, reaching, lifting, sweeping, and mopping.
