Job summary

Clean Team in Milford, OH is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities. You’ll ensure workspaces are safe and presentable, with training provided. Prior janitorial experience is helpful but not required, as onboarding is thorough.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 6:00pm–10:00pm, with no weekend work. Duties include cleaning breakrooms, restrooms, offices and common areas, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting and reporting issues to supervisors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at one of our locations in Milford, OH. The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Available Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 10:00pm (That's right, no weekends!)

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
