Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. in Troy, OH is seeking a commercial cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and presentable workspaces for employees and visitors. Training will be provided; prior janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include restroom cleaning, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, restocking supplies, and reporting safety hazards. Shifts include Mon–Fri 5:00pm–9:00pm (occasional Saturday) or Sun–Thu 12am–5am.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills to complete duties within scheduled shifts.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and reach during shifts.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling is desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
