Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our Milford, OH location. You will help keep breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas safe and presentable. Training will be provided for those new to janitorial work.

This shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:00pm to 10:00pm, with no weekend work. Prior custodial experience is preferred but not required; we value reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable attendance record.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Restock paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Available Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 10:00pm (That's right, no weekends!)

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
