Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co. is seeking Part-Time night cleaners for Monday–Friday, with 4 hour shifts in the Meadowbrook area. The role involves dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen areas, and trash removal.

Candidates must be able to obtain PA background clearances and FBI fingerprint clearance where required. We offer competitive salary, PTO accrual based on hours worked, and a company-sponsored 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Act 34 PA State Police Clearance Checks.
• Must be able to obtain Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance.
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance required through PDE if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms cleaning, trash removal.
• Wipe and sanitize all surfaces; clean kitchens/cafeterias areas.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards while performing duties.

Duties include / not limited to:

• Dusting, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Bathrooms, Trash removal, Wiping and sanitizing all surfaces, Kitchens cafeterias areas, etc…

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
