Job summary

CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a Commercial Cleaner for a part-time evening shift in Bridgeport, WV. You will perform basic cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and ensuring cleanliness of assigned areas, with a Monday–Friday 5:00pm–8:00pm schedule.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience; experience in facilities or custodial work is preferred. Pay is $16.50 per hour, on-site with potential benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment including moving and rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and securely at all times.
• Complete standardized cleaning process as per company standards.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend all regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.

Education

Job Summary
