Job summary

CBRE is seeking a GDS Commercial Cleaner responsible for basic cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping and trash disposal in assigned areas to maintain a clean, safe environment. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to company standards.

The position specifies a regular five-day workweek with availability to work either Saturday or Sunday, and compensation in the stated range with benefits. Training and routine meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks (stooping, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and communicate effectively.
• Reliable, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support for high-traffic areas designated by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways and restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls and equipment, including moving furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors; use cleaners and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely; follow chemical/cleaner procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings; follow standard work routines.
