Job summary

CBRE is seeking a GDS Commercial Cleaner to perform basic cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the environment while following company standards.

The role requires a regular five-day workweek with weekend availability. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment which includes moving and rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are in a safe, secure area at all times.
• Complete standardized cleaning process as per company standards.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend all regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Job description

As a CBRE, GDS Commercial Cleaner, you willbe responsible forbasic cleaning duties. This includes mopping, sweeping and trash disposal. You willbe responsible forensuring the cleanliness of your assigned areas.

This role requires a regular five (5) day workweek, which includes availability to work either Saturday or Sunday.
