Job summary

Clean Team in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to maintain clean and sanitary spaces at one of our medical locations. The role supports a safe, presentable environment for staff and visitors, with training provided for those new to janitorial work.

The available shift runs Monday through Sunday from 8:00pm to 10:00pm, offering a consistent part-time schedule. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean exam rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, and offices.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to maintain cleanliness.

• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Restock paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at one of our medical locations in Lebanon, OH. The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Available Shift:

Monday-Sunday 8:00pm - 10:00pm

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of exam rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Punctual and reliable attendance record
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds
• Stand for up to 8 hours
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
