Clean Team is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at a medical location in Xenia, OH. Training will be provided; prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

The role supports a professional cleaning team committed to excellence, with an evening shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00pm–9:00pm. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, hallways, and common areas, restocking supplies, and reporting safety issues.

Qualifications

• Push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Available Shift:

Monday-Friday 7:00pm - 9:00pm (NO WEEKENDS!!!)

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards

Skills:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently

• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
