The role supports a professional cleaning team with emphasis on safety and high cleanliness standards. Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm with occasional Saturday shifts.Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, hallways, and common areas; restocking supplies; and

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management to complete duties within shifts.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable; training will be provided.
• Reliable work ethic with commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable attendance record.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
