Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain hygiene at one of our medical locations in Xenia, OH. The role focuses on safe, sanitary, and presentable workspaces with training provided.

The shift runs Monday-Friday, 7:00pm to 9:00pm with no weekends. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, hallways, dusting, disinfecting, restocking supplies, and reporting safety hazards. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Available Shift:

Monday-Friday 7:00pm - 9:00pm (NO WEEKENDS!!!)

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly

Skills:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

• Punctual and reliable attendance record.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
