A leading company in the insurance industry is seeking a Commercial Claims Business Process Analyst to improve business performance and document operations. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct process analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions for complex challenges
- Collaborate with business leaders to achieve core performance targets and objectives
- Document and evaluate business operations and process designs
- Lead projects and apply re-engineering techniques to improve business performance and quality
- Provide technical guidance to claims associates and consult on overall business strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of directly related business process experience or a combination of Casualty Claims handling, leadership, and process improvement experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong background in Casualty Claims handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to support change and add value within an organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior Commercial Claims experience
- Project management skills for completing detailed data assignments
- Experience with CAS, mCAS, CCC bill review, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft PowerBI strongly preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
