Job Description

Assist Navy clients to modernize a legacy desk top application into a flexible/scalable modern web application that aligns with strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with formulating and defining systems scope and objective based on both user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
• Help devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capability and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• Include analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
• Interface with programmers/analysts to explain potential solutions and prepares presentations on enhancements and/or alternatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a professional work environment.
• Secret clearance
• Experience with project management, including lead planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing mission service or IT programs.
• Experience with working on large, complex programs and extensive program and client expectation management.
• Experience with process and design.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including user-centered design.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage delivery team effectively.
• Preferred experience with Navy or DoD manpower, personnel, training, and education.
• Preferred experience with business model transformation, HR transformation, and HR service delivery.
• Preferred experience with Agile methodology.
• Preferred experience with human-centered design, design thinking, and service design.
• Preferred possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
