This position will support a Government agency that requires US Citizenship.

Location: Remote. Prefer candidates local to the DMV area.

Datawiz has a current opening for a Software Asset Analyst to support one of our largest Government clients located in Arlington, VA. This is a Junior role, ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Software Asset Analyst. In this role, you will provide support for operational and strategic management of agency IT assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage software assets data within designated Asset Repository(s).
• Maintain software assurance, subscriptions, and maintenance.
• Conduct software inventory audits, true-ups, and compliance.
• Ensure software processes are followed by all internal teams and clients.
• Complete ServiceNow software tickets according to designated processes.
• Provide forecasting data to ensure license availability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in software asset management.
• At least one year of experience with ServiceNow.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
• This position supports a federal government agency that requires US Citizenship and Background Investigation. The candidate must be able to clear the Background Investigation before starting work.
