Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience and prior industry leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain the critical success factors for client service, growth, loss ratio and operations for the Commercial Business Unit.
• Develop and implement a business center strategy with performance metrics and empower underwriting staff.
• Build relationships with agency partners and coordinate with marketing to support profitable growth.
• Manage a commercial underwriting team and oversee budget and procedures to drive efficiency and profitability.
