Our firm is looking for a reliable, experienced, and exceptionally organized professional to join our fast-paced law firm. The right candidate will have experience in the legal industry, specifically handling commercial personal injury cases. Bilingual skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle business-related disputes — contracts, real estate, partnerships, construction claims, business torts, etc.
• Organize and manage complex commercial cases, often involving multiple parties, large amounts of documents, and formal litigation timelines.
• Coordinate case activities with attorney staff.
• Communicate with corporate clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
• Manage discovery (documents, interrogatories, subpoenas).
• Draft case summaries, timelines, and track court deadlines.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial legal issues, experience with court rules, and document-heavy cases.
• Strong client communication skills and follow-up.
• Experience collaborating with internal staff to service cases.

Job Type: Full-time, salaried with benefits.

Physical setting: 100% in-office, must be willing to commute daily.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
