This is a full-time, work-from-home position. The candidate must be located in the Chicago, IL area due to regular local travel (80%) for in-person patient appointments.
Fluency In Spanish Required.

As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately, ensures appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services, and promotes maximum medical recovery. Our total compensation package supports your health, wealth, and well-being, including Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, Life Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, and more. The base pay ranges from $70,600 to $83,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
