Job summary

High Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to support commercial projects in eastern Pennsylvania. You will perform on-site carpentry, install doors and frames, and contribute to framing and finish work as part of a tight-knit team.

The role requires 2–5 years of carpentry experience, safe tool use, and the ability to follow instructions, with travel to multiple job sites. Regular hours with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of carpentry experience.
  • Proper and safe use of hand tools.
  • Ability to adhere to written and verbal instructions for proper installation of materials.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and applying procedures in work and environment.
  • Ability to perform work with minimal or no supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on carpentry work, such as safety railings, doors/frames/hardware, rough framing, and simple finish carpentry.
  • Subcontractor manpower tracking, photo documentation, and punchlist management throughout the lifetime of a project.
  • Work 5 days a week, from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM on a designated job with occasional Saturdays & overtime based on business demand.
  • Travel to jobsites is required.
