Job summary

McCloskey Builders in Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Full-Time Carpenter to join our residential/commercial construction team. You will handle projects from rough framing to finish carpentry, reading blueprints, and delivering high-quality workmanship on schedule and safely.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional carpentry experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read plans, measure and cut accurately, and install doors, trim, and cabinets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Skilled in layout, framing, and finish trim work.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and sketches to determine project needs.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.
• Build framework like walls, floors, and roofs.
• Install items like doors, windows, trim and cabinets.
• Operate standard hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
