Triple Crown Corporation in the Greater Harrisburg area seeks a Construction Carpenter to support commercial and residential projects. We are looking for team members for projects in the King of Prussia area, with potential transition to Greater Harrisburg after construction is complete.

Requirements include at least 5 years in construction, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and bringing basic tools. OSHA certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 5 years in residential and/or commercial construction work is required.
• Must be able to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints.
• Must have basic tools needed to fulfill role - List will be provided at time of interview.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial hardware, cabinets, windows, and doors as directed by team members.
• Participate in layout and installation of decks and walls as directed by team members and plans.
• Complete punch-out tasks for projects as assigned.
• Utilize knowledge of ADA Regulations in performing tasks for projects.
• If skilled - install basic roofing and siding as directed by team members.
• If skilled - perform basic foundation work.
• Assist with renovations, fit-out work, and misc. labor tasks in support of Property Management related projects.
• Responsible for inventory control, organization, and maintaining cleanliness of storage trailers, hand/power tools, and equipment.
