TradeWorX is actively seeking experienced commercial carpenters to join our Akron-area projects. You will specialize in metal stud framing, drywall installation, and acoustical ceiling systems within commercial environments.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing ceilings and walls, and maintaining a clean, safe worksite. Prior experience in commercial carpentry and reliable transportation are required for steady, ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced experience in commercial carpentry.
• Proven ability with metal studs, drywall, and ceiling systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install metal stud framing for walls, ceilings, and soffits.
• Hang drywall and ensure proper fit and finish.
• Install acoustical ceiling grid systems (ACT).
• Read and work from blueprints and layouts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
