Resource Options, Inc. is seeking experienced Lead Commercial Carpenters to take ownership of high-impact commercial builds.

If you can run a crew, read prints with confidence, and deliver clean, quality work — this is a strong long-term opportunity with room to grow. Lead crews of 4–10+ carpenters on active sites, manage projects from layout to completion, interpret blueprints, and coordinate with PMs, Supers, and GC contacts while enforcing safety.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Proven leadership running crews on job sites.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Well-rounded in framing, drywall, ceilings, and finish work.
• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 is a plus)
• Open to additional training (fall protection, lull operation)
• Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of 4–10+ carpenters on active commercial job sites

• Interpret blueprints and coordinate daily with PMs, Supers, and GC contacts
• Perform metal stud framing, drywall hanging, acoustical ceilings, light taping & spackling, and finish work
• Maintain production schedules and keep jobs moving
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized site
• Mentor younger carpenters and help build strong crews

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute:
  • Metal stud framing
  • Drywall hanging
  • Acoustical ceilings

  • Doors, hardware, trim, and finish work
• Maintain production schedules and keep jobs moving
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized site
• Mentor younger carpenters and help build strong crews

What We’re Looking For:

Pay Range: $30.00/hr.- $35.00/hr.
