Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction; rough and finish carpentry skills.
• Able to read construction drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and precise measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, framing, concrete formwork, and door hardware installation.
• Install structural and architectural components including walls, ceilings, floors, stairs, doors, windows, frames, and trim.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to measure and install materials.
• Build temporary structures such as scaffolding, bracing, and barriers as needed.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards through precise craftsmanship, attention to detail, and thorough inspections.
• Support punch list completion, repairs, and field adjustments to maintain project excellence.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain organized, hazard‑free work areas.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.
