Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Commercial Capabilities Director to shape product strategy and analytics capabilities across GCC design and setup. This role focuses on data-driven offerings, analytics-driven decision making, and commercial value creation for client opportunities.

You will work with solution teams and client stakeholders to define data-driven solutions, develop commercial offerings, and embed analytics into GCC designs. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, and large-scale transformation.
• Significant experience in commercial capability enablement and reinvention.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and analytics capabilities across GCC design and setup.
• Define data-driven solutions with solution teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure product and analytics capabilities are embedded into GCC designs.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ.
• Travel up to 50%.
