Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights orgs within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 2 years designing analytics operating models, data governance, and insights-led transformation programs.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, advanced analytics, and automation to improve outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year leading digital product development at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in commercial product development, data strategy, analytics, and insights-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to define data-driven solutions, develop commercial offerings, and leverage analytics to optimize operating models and performance.
• Ensure product and analytics capabilities are embedded into GCC designs to deliver scalable, measurable, and business-aligned outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring product and analytics capabilities support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
