Qualifications

• 12+ years of GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights teams in GCC environments.
• 2+ years designing analytics operating models, data governance, product delivery methodologies, and insights-led transformation programs.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in commercial product development and data strategy.
• Define data-driven solutions with solution teams and stakeholders; develop commercial offerings and optimize operating models.
• Embed product and analytics capabilities into GCC designs to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ across product and analytics initiatives.
• Travel up to 50%.
