Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Product & Analytics Lead/Principal Director to shape product strategy and analytics capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will lead analytics-driven offerings, collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders, and drive scale in product management and data initiatives across global client opportunities.

Role requires deep experience in GCC environments, data governance, and AI-enabled platforms, with travel up to 50% as needed to engage

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights organizations within GCC environments.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements from HQ, bringing expertise in product development, data strategy, analytics, and insights-driven decisions.
• Define data-driven solutions with solution teams, develop commercial offerings, and use analytics to optimize operating models and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure product and analytics capabilities are embedded into GCC designs to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, aligning with broader transformation goals.
