Job summary

Level Countertops, Cabinets & Flooring in Elkhorn, NE is hiring a Commercial Cabinet Designer. This role focuses on designing commercial cabinetry and producing production-ready drawings for estimating, fabrication, and installation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on cabinet design experience, strong CAD/drafting skills, and proficiency in Mozaik or Cabinet Vision. Occasional field verification and collaboration with project teams are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial cabinetry or related design experience.
Experience designing cabinetry for commercial construction projects.
Proficiency with Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or similar software.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
Attention to detail and dimensional accuracy.
Valid driver's license and ability to visit sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Create detailed commercial cabinetry and millwork designs from drawings and specs.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and production-ready drawings using design software.
Interpret construction documents for commercial projects.
Coordinate design requirements with project managers and estimators.
Prepare material takeoffs and documentation for estimating.
Review and revise drawings per RFIs and site changes.
Communicate design intent clearly to shop, fabrication, and installation teams.
