Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a Sales Designer - Cabinets to support Standale Home Studio in the Grand Rapids area. You will design, present and sell cabinetry solutions for kitchens and baths, plan layouts, and manage timelines from quote to install.

Proficiency with 20/20 design software is required. You will collaborate with the Studio Manager and sales teams to grow Builder, Commercial & Retail business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years product sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers on job sites to initiate sales and provide technical support.
• Develop short and long-range product line strategy plans including sales and profitability objectives and analysis.
• Plans and manages sales efforts; oversees or initiates optimum purchasing schedule.
• Develops and delivers product presentations and training to sales force and customers.
• Works closely with Logistics, Marketing, Purchasing and other support groups to optimize sales initiatives for assigned products or product lines.
• Drives value-added sales process, manages complex proposals and ensures highest level of customer satisfaction.
