• Experience representing financial institutions and businesses in secured creditor matters, guaranty enforcement, and related disputes.

• Full lifecycle litigation work from pleadings to trial preparation and settlement negotiations.

Job Details

We are seeking an accomplished commercial/business litigation partner to join our Plano office. The ideal candidate brings a strong, transferable book of business and a track record of success handling complex disputes for financial services, construction, and real estate clients throughout Texas state and federal courts.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of commercial litigation experience in Texas state and federal courts
• Substantial experience representing financial institutions and businesses in:
  • Secured creditor matters and foreclosures
  • Guaranty enforcement
  • Title and lien disputes
  • Breach of contract and business tort claims
  • Mechanic's liens and construction defect litigation
  • Lease and property disputes
• Full lifecycle litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert witness management, dispositive motions, hearings, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Additional experience in insurance defense, probate/fiduciary disputes, or high-volume litigation is a plus
• An active book of business that can transition with you
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
