Job summary

gpac, a leading restoration company, is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities across commercial sectors in the Washington, DC area.

You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations, and represent the company at networking events and client meetings along with an existing team of BD professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors
• Strong relationships/ experience in verticals such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/ or property management
• Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities
• Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills
