Job summary

Olen Properties Corp. in North Orange County is seeking a Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to maintain mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in professional office buildings and flex-industrial units.

You will support the Property Manager and VP of Property Management in daily tasks, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. The role involves HVAC equipment upkeep, fault troubleshooting, and collaboration with porter staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further education is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned and preventive maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Completes work orders and service requests timely.
• Assists with HVAC maintenance and calibration of pneumatic controls.
• Maintains safety systems and tests batteries/back-up components as needed.
• Assists with remodeling and equipment installation when required.
