Bevara Building Services is seeking a dedicated Building Engineer to provide world-class service at two Scottsdale, AZ medical office buildings. The role focuses on maintaining the property’s physical condition and safeguarding it against damage, loss, and deterioration.

The ideal candidate is proactive, versatile, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with 3–5 years in commercial building operations and engineering. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in commercial building operations and engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make independent decisions.
• Basic computer skills and smartphone proficiency (email, texts, apps).
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of building systems and perform minor repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests for interior and exterior equipment.
• Manage work order requests related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
