Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Commercial Branch Manager in Ohio to lead branch operations, drive growth, and optimize profitability across commercial tire services. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with the sales team.

The right candidate will bring extensive leadership experience in a commercial tire shop, strong P&L ownership, and exceptional communication skills to build client relationships and improve performance.

Qualifications

5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry.
2+ years full P&L responsibility.
Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong analytical thinking and business insight for profitability analysis.
Proficient in MS Office and able to learn AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth.
Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness.
Evaluate and refine branch practices for all lines of business.
Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity.
Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success.
Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute a sales plan for the location.
