Snider Fleet Solutions in Monroe, NC is seeking a Commercial Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive growth, and design strategies that promote teamwork and efficiency. Must have extensive experience in a commercial tire shop.

You will hire and train staff, collaborate with the sales team, manage P&L, analyze profitability, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a large nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry.
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility.
• Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical thinking and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability.
• Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.).
• Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management.
• Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base.
