Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry.
- 2+ years full P&L responsibility.
- Superior customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and business insight; ability to analyze profitability.
- Proficient MS Office; able to learn AS400, SAP, Paylocity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate and refine branch practices for all lines of business.
- Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity.
- Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute a sales plan for the location.
