Overview

• The role offers substantial responsibility working on a broad range of complex commercial litigation, receivership, bankruptcy-related litigation, and financial restructuring matters.
• The successful candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys across the Litigation and Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy departments on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base.
• The firm seeks an attorney prepared to immediately assume a meaningful role in case management, client service, and litigation strategy.
• Required experience includes managing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings, as well as taking and defending depositions and handling substantive litigation responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions is required.
• While experience in complex commercial litigation matters is required, experience with bankruptcy-related litigation, receiverships, or creditors’ rights matters is a plus.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
