Job summary

Central Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Business Relationship & Service Coordinator to partner with the Commercial Lending team and deliver exceptional service to commercial clients. You will manage deposits, loans, cash management, and treasury solutions while coordinating across bank departments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business, finance, banking or related field.
• 3–5 years of banking experience with exposure to business banking, commercial lending, treasury management, customer service, or relationship support.
• Experience working directly with business customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service contact for business customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with commercial and small business clients regarding accounts, loans, and cash management needs.
• Resolve customer service issues proactively and professionally, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Open and maintain business deposit accounts, process changes, and service requests.
• Assist customers with deposits, payments, transfers, and other account servicing needs.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and solutions to support financial goals.
• Support relationship managers and lenders in business development through referrals and product promotions.
• Participate in client meetings, onboarding sessions, and presentations; assist in preparing proposals and reviews.
• Ensure account documentation, files, and correspondence are accurate and compliant with requirements.
• Support branch operations, audits, due diligence, and regulatory reporting.
