Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Two years in small business/commercial banking or equivalent.
• Understanding of loan origination, underwriting, documentation, and Treasury Services.
• Effective relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and solicit commercial banking opportunities typically $1M and less.
• Achieve production goals for new commercial loans.
• Provide referrals to Mortgage, Wealth, Treasury Services, and Merchant Services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of client relationships.
• Structure loan requests in line with policy and client needs.
• Collaborate with credit staff to ensure proper pricing and origination.
• Represent the bank in the community and participate in referrals.
