• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and banking regulations.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to work with employees and customers cooperatively.
• Active involvement in community networking to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of IRA's, Trusts, POA, Business Accounts, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Legendary Service to customers and internal teams.
• Engage with customers to assess needs and offer banking services/products.
• Refer customers to other bank units for referrals of traditional and non-traditional products.
• Own and manage projects and promote a strong team culture.
